Terms of Service

These draft terms describe Veldyne, an AI-assisted web workspace for Roblox creators. By using Veldyne, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. The final terms, including the operator's legal identity, governing law, eligibility, and liability provisions, must be confirmed before launch.

Using Veldyne

You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and activity performed through it. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, infringe rights, or use Veldyne for harmful or unlawful activity. Do not use the service if you are under 13 unless permitted by applicable law and approved by a parent or guardian.

Projects and AI output

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service. AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect; review it before using it in your Roblox project.

Features and availability

Veldyne currently provides web-based accounts, projects, conversations, and AI assistance. Roblox Studio connectivity, automatic Studio sync, desktop downloads, and billing are not currently available. The service is under development and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

Account requests

There is no self-service account deletion flow yet. Contact support@axura-ai.com for account or data requests; requests are handled manually while the product is in development.
